rollup is agent-read markdown (skill) from evolvehq/docflow: Generate the federation roll-up catalogue for a multi-repo product — aggregate every member repo's ADR metadata into one derived, product-wide view, run from the home repo. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
