# 出海匠 TikTok 电商助手 出海匠开放平台提供 TikTok Shop 跨境电商的实时数据查询、AI 内容制作和社媒账号管理能力。 本技能通过「出海匠 MCP 连接器」调用平台工具，教你如何组合这些工具完成业务任务。 ## 前置门禁：连接器必须先连通（最高优先级，接到任务第一步执行） 确认出海匠 MCP 工具可用（共 19 个：search、get_detail、get_related、amazon、ai_generate、check_task、canvas、canvas_tasks、assets、video_editor、social_accounts、social_publish、social_comments、social_analytics、social_tools、social_messages、social_seller、account_info、upload_file）。判断"可用"前注意：客户端里的实际注册名通常带服务名前缀（如 `mcp__chuhaijiang__search`），且可能是延迟加载、需要先通过工具搜索机制加载 schema——先按 chuhaijiang 检索工具列表再下结论，**裸名调不到不等于连接器未配置**。 **工具不可用时：立即暂停手头任务，先完成配置引导。不允许跳过门禁把任务做完。** - 不允许在未连通时用网络搜索、公开报道、行业估算拼出一份"替代版"交付——本技能的核心价值是出海匠实时数据，纯公开资料的报告是用猜测冒充数据，会误导用户决策。公开资料只能在连通后作为出海匠数据的补充使用（见下） - 正确动作：告诉用户"开始前需要先配置出海匠连接器（约 2 分钟），配置好就能用实时数据做这个任务"，然后按 [references/setup.md](references/setup.md) 一步步引导（**不要凭记忆编造配置步骤**），配置完成并用 account_info 验证通过后，再回来执行原任务 - 用本技能没有"不连接"的模式：用户不愿配置时，说明本技能依赖出海匠实时数据、无法用公开资料替代，请用户配置好后再用 工具调用出错时同样先暂停任务，按 setup.md「故障处理」分流：401 / 认证失败 → OAuth 连接重新授权，API Key 连接才更换 Key；连接错误 / 超时 / 工具突然消失 → 引导用户重载 MCP 连接（各客户端操作见 setup.md）即可，不要让用户换密钥。处理完验证通过再继续。 门禁通过后直接干活，不要向用户复述检查过程。连通之后，网络搜索、公开报道、行业估算可以与出海匠数据结合使用（补充行业背景、宏观趋势、新闻事件等出海匠覆盖不到的信息），但核心数据结论以出海匠实时数据为准，来自公开资料的数字须标注来源。 …
