Structure questions about the vault through its knowledge graph — how two notes or projects connect, what sits around a note, idea or project, which notes are hubs, which clusters exist. Use when the user asks "how is X related to Y", "what links to X", "what's around this project", "map my notes on Z", "which notes are central", or when recall found the content and you need the relationships around it.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Graph The vault's knowledge graph is built by graphify into `brain/graphify-out/graph.json` and kept current by every scan: pages, headings and `[[wiki-links]]` clustered into communities (mode `structural`), plus concept nodes and `INFERRED` edges once the daily semantic pass has run (mode `semantic`). Four read-only tools of the `agenticos` MCP server query it: | Tool | Answers | |---|---| | `graph_overview` (`mcp__plugin_agenticos_agenticos__graph_overview`) | Counts, the hubs, the largest communities, when and how the graph was built. How to install
mdr add zzoretich/unidex-agent-harness/graph@sha256:4b6f4a20440cefafThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260923.e947631, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
