Use when Pi needs to delegate browser, desktop, or native-plugin tasks to the installed Codex CLI.

# Control Codex from Pi Pi coordinates the task. Codex performs it through its own documented plugins and returns evidence. A Codex model selected in Pi is not the Codex application and does not expose that application's tools. ## 1. Establish the task Specify the target app or site, allowed actions, desired result, and completion evidence. Preserve the user's existing browser and logins when requested. Use a new tab rather than navigate an unrelated existing tab. For desktop work, distinguish inspection from input. Codex can capture individual covered windows, but its Windows input APIs activate the target window. Explain this before input when the user needs to keep working uninterrupted. Prefer its native browser plugin for browser tasks. Use Pi's terminal only to invoke Codex and inspect its setup. Keep GUI actions inside Codex. Do not fall back to Pi's Windows-MCP, Playwright MCP, mouse tools, or shell-based UI automation unless the user explicitly changes that requirement. ## 2. Check the installed interface …
