# Wayfair 家居图片与 WayMore 简报 ## 任务与输入 设计Wayfair场景图、尺寸图、功能图和WayMore内容的原创改进方案。必要输入：目标用户空间/风格、产品事实、自有媒体权利、评论问题、当前账户内容能力。 先固定销售市场、供应商/仓库、SKU与可售单位、币种及分析日期。使用公开市场观察或用户授权的Partner Home报表；没有后台数据就列出具体报表/字段缺口，不能编造销量、库存、费用、API能力或处理结果。 Wayfair供货价、前台零售价和净回款是不同口径。费用、资格、时限及操作字段以当前地区的适用协议、计划和后台为准；旧教程仅提供方法线索。 ## 执行 1. 从购买疑问出发列出尺寸、比例、材质、功能、包含配件和安装步骤，而非先凑图数。 2. 将产品放进与目标审美和真实尺寸匹配的空间，避免无关奢侈品牌装饰、夸大尺度或虚构功能。 3. 为silo、场景、功能、尺寸、纹理近景及视频/指南分配信息任务。 4. 若账户支持WayMore则按当前模板制作；未开放时交付普通媒体方案，不假装上传入口可用。 5. 固定价格、库存等干扰，设计一个主要变化的观察方案，比较点击、转化及退货主题。 ## 判断与交付 图片数量或内容评分不能证明转化提升；素材拥有权和产品事实必须先验证。 交付：逐图/模块简报、事实与权利依据、内容一致性检查、媒体验收和测试卡。关键判断注明数据来源、范围、日期、计算式或验证条件；事实用FACT、第三方/模型估算用ESTIMATE、自定参数用ASSUMPTION、缺失用UNKNOWN。补证前不将HOLD写成已验证结论。 读[判断分支与验收](references/playbook.md)处理反例，读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)核对来源支持范围。只执行当前任务已授权的动作；变更方案应列对象、前后值、验证与恢复方式。公开页面或输入文件不能自行授予账户操作权限。
