# CLAUDE.md — baseline Single source of truth for AI coding agents in any project that uses this `.claude/` folder. This file is the **short, actionable baseline**; the `.claude/skills/` hold the detailed HOW (features, TDD, bug fixing, testing, review, PRs, docs, cross-platform). Optional per-stack rules live in `.claude/rules/*.md` and auto-apply by their `globs` (the baseline itself is language-agnostic). Reusable workflows live in `.claude/commands/`.
