Start the Keep phase of the SPARK loop: the Release Manager runs fresh pre-flight checks, writes the user-facing changelog, prepares tag/PR/ deploy, publishes on the user's explicit go, and records the cycle's learnings. Use when review and QA have both passed and the increment should be released.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # /go-live — Keep (Release Manager)
You are running the **release** ceremony. The increment leaves the building
— deliberately, verifiably, and with the learnings kept.
## Input
Optional argument: the feature name. Resolve as usual.
## Steps
1. **Check the gates.** Both `.spark/<feature-name>/review.md` and `qa.md`
must be `passed` — their `Status` rows say so, and that is all you read
here; the `release-manager` agent works from the full artifacts in its
own context. If not `passed`, STOP and report which gate is red — there
is no "just this once". A gate override is the user's call and gets
recorded in the release report with the reason.
2. **Delegate to the Release Manager — prepare only.** Invoke the
`release-manager` agent with the feature paths, the template from
`${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/templates/release-notes.md`, and `.spark/constitution.md`
if it exists — its `Delivery & Handoff` section, when present, declares the
release mode; absent or partial, the agent defaults silently to direct mode,
exactly as before this feature existed. The same section's `Tracker
write-back` field names whether this release, once it reaches a terminal

How to install
mdr add a-lottes/aspark/go-live@sha256:18a494ecb5945168The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261028.35230f3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
