Release procedure for a DOI-registered research repo (Zenodo, Software Heritage). Use when cutting a release of a research repo (リリース), or fixing the metadata of an already published record.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# release-doi — DOI Release Runbook
Zenodo に DOI 登録された research repo のリリース手順。`/release-doi` で起動。
適用対象: AKC (`agent-knowledge-cycle`) / AAP (`agent-attribution-practice`) / contemplative-agent など、`CITATION.cff` を持ち GitHub release webhook で Zenodo が自動採番する shimo4228 系 repo。
## When to use
- 直近の refactor / 新機能 / sunset ADR を Zenodo に新 version DOI として記録したい
- pyproject.toml / CITATION.cff / 多言語 README の version drift を解消したい
- glossary / llms.txt が code 実態とズレているのを release ゲートで揃えたい
**Skip when**:
- DOI 登録のない repo (Zenodo 連携していない) — `CITATION.cff` の有無で判定
- バージョン bump の必要なし (typo fix 等の小修正で release を切らない)
- bug fix だけなら patch version で `/release-doi` を起動、major refactor なら minor / breaking なら major

How to install
mdr add shimo4228/claude-harness/release-doi@sha256:9628668b9cad0086The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261011.91fd32b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
