Capture front door. Logs 1..N observations as card files at docs/work/{ID}.md (BUG / DEBT / GAP), gateway-inline — no dispatch. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Log — Capture Front Door
Muscle-memory capture, run **gateway-inline** in the calling session — no dispatch. Takes one observation or a batch, classifies each into **BUG / DEBT / GAP**, checks against open cards, and writes each clear entry as `docs/work/{ID}.md` in `docs/work/TEMPLATE.md`'s shape. Capture is unconditional about worth (bugs, debt, design gaps, unverified ideas all land); the real/worth/now call runs at `/super-bootstrap:triage` on pickup.
All new cards route through this door — user-initiated and Claude-initiated captures alike. Hand-copying `docs/work/TEMPLATE.md` with an ID from step 4's generator is the same door, by hand.
## When it fires
- **User** — explicit `/super-bootstrap:log <observation>`, or natural-language "log this / track that / note this down". Bare `/super-bootstrap:log` → ask what to capture (one line).
- **Claude** — its own captures: a bug spotted mid-task, out-of-scope findings a review or returned subagent surfaced. Batch them into one pass.

How to install
mdr add rockyhong/super-bootstrap/log@sha256:4e5bd7a5926e9098The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261010.0939c49, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
