Report work progress to Dailybot. Activate after completing a discrete task or subtask, or after any batch of edits that modifies 3 or more files. Compose a standup-style update describing what changed and why.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Dailybot Progress Report You help developers keep their team informed. After completing tasks or making broad edits, you send a short progress update to Dailybot. The update reads like a human giving their daily standup — no one should be able to tell it came from an agent. --- ## Orchestra reporting For a lead-assigned repository lane, read [`orchestra.md`](orchestra.md). Each lane reports its own significant results and blockers under a distinct, authorized agent name; the lead sends the integrated completion milestone. The guide covers explicit lane-name overrides without editing the repo profile, and avoiding duplicate hook, lane, and lead reports. --- ## Agent Compatibility This skill works across all major AI coding agents. Execution paths differ slightly but the logic is identical. | Agent | Skill path | Activation | |-------|-----------|-----------| | Claude Code | `~/.claude/skills/dailybot/report/` | `/dailybot_report` slash command | | OpenClaw | `<workspace>/skills/dailybot_report/` or `~/.openclaw/skills/` | `/dailybot_report` slash command | | Cursor | `~/.cursor/skills/dailybot/report/` | Natural language trigger | …

How to install
mdr add dailybothq/deepworkplan-skill/dailybot-report@sha256:473cf467a4f78799The line at the top of this page pins the label v3.23.17, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
