Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Load Persisted Context (Every Session) Read `variant-output/.variant-context.json` when it exists and apply its known values as soft constraints. Follow `references/project-context.md`; the current request always overrides persisted preferences. Use the fast path when the brief or repository already reveals the product, audience, tone, and constraints: state consequential assumptions in one line and generate. Ask at most two questions only when the answers would materially change the result. Do not require a separate confirmation turn after an explicit request to build or generate. ### 1. Parse → Detect → Load Check `designSystem.confirmed` in context first: **If `designSystem.confirmed: true`:** - Read `designSystem.file` relative to the target project root and load its tokens.
