Upgrade PROJECT_STATE.json schema to the current version, deliver artefact templates a project never got, and switch experimental modes on or off by command instead of hand-editing state JSON. Use when the PM says "migrate project", "upgrade schema", "enable mode" / "disable mode", "turn on changeSpec", "turn on designCorpus", "мигрируй проект", "обнови схему", "включи режим", "выключи режим". Dry-run by default: nothing is written without --apply.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /polisade:migrate — Schema Migration Обновляет PROJECT_STATE.json и knowledge.json до текущей версии схемы. Добавляет недостающие поля, создаёт artifactIndex, устанавливает schemaVersion. Также добавляет `testing.strategy` в knowledge.json если отсутствует. VCS bootstrap: если `settings.vcsProvider` отсутствует — добавляет `"github"`. Если PM вручную переключил провайдер на `bitbucket-server` — создаёт `.env.example` (reference) и `.env` (stub для заполнения токенов) из plugin templates, добавляет некомментированную `.env` в `.gitignore`. How to install
mdr add cryndoc/polisade-orchestrator/migrate@sha256:58fe8703921425dcThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.c36707d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
