# Etsy 搜索、商品与交付运营 将任务转化为有证据、成本边界和验证办法的经营决策。来源研究日期：2026-09-23；使用时核验所在站点当前规则。 ## 输入 市场、商品事实、当前标题/标签/分类/属性、图片、统计中的来源与搜索词、制作和运输时间、退款/纠纷原因。无后台数据时只进行内容与流程审计。 ## 工作流 1. 区分搜索匹配、点击吸引力、购买信任和交付问题，不把所有低销量归为关键词问题。 2. 从买家用途和长尾词组织内容（E03），核对分类、属性与真实商品一致。标题先让人看懂，再补充辨识信息；标签覆盖不同相关表达，不堆无关热词。 3. 图片说明尺寸、材质、包含物、定制边界和实物/数字类型。模型生成的视觉不能假装展示不存在的成品效果。 4. 定制商品把买家输入、校样、修改次数、确认期限和生产截止时间串起来；数字商品验证下载包、文件兼容和使用说明。 5. 将可处理订单量和最晚交付承诺对应起来，记录迟发、退款与评价原因。发现设计缺陷时先修产品，不能用邀评掩盖问题。 6. 修改前保存版本；按可比窗口观察来源、点击与留存订单。E01 的需求研究用于确认语义适配，不用于复制畅销商品。 ## 交付 商品逐字段修改表、关键词意图映射、图片信息清单、个性化/交付流程和一项验证计划；清楚标注草稿与已更新状态。 ## 按需参考 - 涉及测算、分支判断或具体方案时读 [操作手册](references/playbook.md)。 - 需要根据搜索、问答和售后问题改进商品表达或定制流程时，读 [将客户问题转成商品与交付改进](references/demand-to-listing.md)。 - 需要核查来源强度、阅读边界或平台规则时读 [证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 证据与执行边界 网络来源只支撑参考文件列出的有限方法；其余步骤、公式、示例和决策条件是 M（模型综合设计），不是作者原话、平台保证或已验证业绩。事实、估算、假设、未知分开记录；互动量不证明经营效果。 仅在用户已授权范围内执行。诊断请求不自动授权投放、采购、上架或联系他人；已明确授权无需重复征求同一许可。执行时保留目标、前后值、结果与回读证据。工具不可用时完成数据模板和方案，不伪造后台操作成功。
