# Premium SaaS Web This skill encodes what makes the best-selling SaaS/AI/agency templates feel expensive. It was distilled by inspecting six reference sites at the CSS level (OptimAI, Aigocy, Adon, Davies, Pastily, an AI image generator demo) and measuring the actual values they use. The recipes are the real techniques, not guesses. **File layout.** Load only what the task needs: - `directions/<name>/style.md`: one file per visual direction (tokens, fonts, signature pieces, techniques only that direction uses). Read **only the one you pick**. - `shared/*.md`: techniques every direction uses, split by topic. Read the ones for the sections you are building (map in step 3). ## The core insight: premium = controlled light + restraint + motion Cheap pages and premium pages often use the *same* components (hero, logos, features, pricing, FAQ, CTA). The difference is in four layers of finish: 1. **Light** — surfaces look lit, not filled. Glows are sculpted from blurred shapes; cards have a top-left sheen; buttons have an inner highlight and an inner bottom edge; borders are hairlines at 6–20% opacity.
