Forensic root cause analyzer for Antigravity sessions. Classifies scope deltas, rework patterns, root causes, hotspots, and auto-improves prompts/health.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# /analyze-project — Root Cause Analyst Workflow Analyze AI-assisted coding sessions in `~/.gemini/antigravity/brain/` and produce a report that explains not just **what happened**, but **why it happened**, **who/what caused it**, and **what should change next time**. ## Goal For each session, determine: 1. What changed from the initial ask to the final executed work 2. Whether the main cause was: - user/spec - agent - repo/codebase - validation/testing - legitimate task complexity 3. Whether the opening prompt was sufficient 4. Which files/subsystems repeatedly correlate with struggle 5. What changes would most improve future sessions ## When to Use - You need a postmortem on AI-assisted coding sessions, especially when scope drift or repeated rework occurred. - You want root-cause analysis that separates user/spec issues from agent mistakes, repo friction, or validation gaps. - You need evidence-backed recommendations for improving future prompts, repo health, or delivery workflows. ## Global Rules - Treat `.resolved.N` counts as **iteration signals**, not proof of failure …

How to install
mdr add francostino/opencode-skills-collection/analyze-project@sha256:7bec4237840393a4The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
