Deeper execution timebox for substantial tasks requiring broader investigation, implementation, and regression testing. Use when the user invokes /4 and target completion within 18 minutes.

Parallelize independent investigation or verification when tools allow it. Prefer decisive execution over prolonged deliberation. Finish with the implementation in a clean, verified state.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
