Before finishing any code (endpoint, query, migration, render, file, infra, dependency, test) — the senior pre-ship checklist of invisible cross-cutting controls AI omits, with backstop greps.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# ai-code-blindspots AI writes the code the prompt literally asked for and stops. The controls a senior adds from unstated context — authorization, tenant scope, validation, transactions, encryption, rate limiting, output encoding, error handling, edge cases, package existence — are *invisible* to a single-file prompt, so they are the first thing dropped. They are also the classes pattern-linters miss. This skill is the pre-ship checklist: for the surface you just wrote, assert the matching control is present, run the backstop grep, and route to the deep skill when it needs more than a check. This is a **routing + verification** layer — it does not re-teach what the deep skills own. How to install
mdr add event4u-app/agent-config/ai-code-blindspots@sha256:135c7cec9dd7520fThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261012.2bc5715, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
