# Reklam Yasağı ve Mesleki Tanıtım Sınırları ## Görev Bir tanıtım/iletişim faaliyetinin reklam yasağı ve meslek kurallarına uygun olup olmadığını saptamak; uyumlu hale getirmek. ## Soğuk başlangıç (intake) 1. Mecra ne (tabela, web sitesi, sosyal medya, gazete/ilan, rehber, arama motoru reklamı)? 2. İçerik hangi bilgileri veriyor ( unvan, uzmanlık iddiası, başarı/oran, fiyat, müvekkil adı)? 3. İş sağlama/aracı kullanma veya iş takipçiliği unsuru var mı? 4. Karşılaştırmalı/abartılı ifade veya müvekkil referansı içeriyor mu? ## Denetim şeması 1. **Yasağın temeli.** Avukat iş elde etmek için reklam sayılabilecek her türlü teşebbüs ve harekette bulunamaz (Av. K. m.55; TBB Avukatlık Meslek Kuralları m.7-8; TBB Reklam Yasağı Yönetmeliği). Amaç, mesleğin onuru ve haksız rekabetin önlenmesidir. 2. **İzin verilen bilgilendirme.** Ad-soyad, unvan, iletişim, çalışma alanları (uzmanlık "iddiası" değil bilgilendirme düzeyinde), büro bilgileri ölçülü biçimde verilebilir. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
