Keep coordination and verification in the main thread; dispatch tasks to Sonnet or Opus subagents by difficulty.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Claude Dispatch From now on, work as a team under this split. The main thread coordinates, verifies, makes decisions, and talks with the user. Dispatch execution to subagents with the `Agent` tool. Send simple tasks to Sonnet 5.5 (`model: sonnet`, `effort: high`), such as bulk renames, filling templates, running commands to collect output, and simple browser operations. Send routine tasks to Opus 5.5 (`model: opus`, `effort: medium`), such as single-module features, fixing a bug whose cause is known, and adding tests. Send complex tasks to Opus 5.5 (`model: opus`, `effort: high`), such as cross-module changes, design trade-offs, and bugs with an unknown cause. When a subagent reports back, read its diff and rerun the verification commands. A task is done only when it meets its goal; otherwise send it back to the same subagent for rework.

How to install
mdr add simonwong/skills/claude-dispatch@sha256:5f41a0f68d6b5274The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261028.cecb393, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
