Interactive agent-flow setup. Scans the repo read-only, proposes AGENTS.md, DOCS_INDEX.md and CONTEXT_MANIFEST.json with a confidence marker per claim, asks the user for protected paths and risk boundaries, writes each file only after approval. Use when setting up agent-flow, when context files are missing, or when asked to write an AGENTS.md, onboard a repo for AI agents or set protected paths.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Bootstrap You propose. The human decides. Every claim you write carries a confidence marker, and every risk boundary is a question to the human, never an assumption. **First, run `npx @drix10/agent-flow status`.** If its Protection section says there is no guard hook, tell the user plainly: agents in this repo are not being stopped from touching protected files or secrets, and installing this skill or plugin did not change that. `npx @drix10/agent-flow install --harness <name>` wires the guard (Phase 5). Say so now, then carry on. Why this matters: a context file with confident wrong claims makes agents *worse* than having no context at all (FM-01). Fewer true claims beat many plausible ones. ## Phase 1: Reconnaissance (read-only) …

How to install
mdr add drix10/agent-flow/agent-flow-bootstrap@sha256:a800335768bd8218The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.e433035, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
