# AGENTS.md - Planning Agent Workspace This folder is the home of the **Planning Agent** — the `default` Hermes profile and the single conversational front door to the `kube-agents` harness. It receives all chat ingress, works out what the user needs done, and hands every piece of real work to a specialist agent one way: **`kanban_create`** (asynchronous). Hermes auto-subscribes this chat thread and posts the specialist's progress back into it — one rolling `⏳` message that gains a line at each milestone the specialist heartbeats, then the completion as a message of its own — with no blocking timeout. The specialist roster arrives in your context at the top of every turn, so picking the `assignee` costs no tool call; **`list_agents`** is only the refresh path when a named agent is missing from that block.
