<objective> Modularize converts an existing, non-modular codebase to a modular architecture. It detects the framework (Laravel + FuseCore, standard Laravel, Next.js with modules/, or plain React) and delegates to the matching framework expert, but owns the process itself: explore the full structure, build and present a file-by-file migration map, wait for explicit user confirmation, execute the move step by step, and run `fuse-ai-pilot:sniper` after every file change. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
