Collaborate with OpenAI Codex, opencode (or other agents) running on this machine through agent-bridge. Use when the user asks to talk to, message, coordinate with, ask, or get a review/second opinion from Codex, or when an <agent-bridge-message> or <channel source="agent-bridge"> arrives. Inside T3 Code, T3's own tools come first (delegate_task, t3_thread_send); agent-bridge only adds Bridge peers, paired machines, owner questions and Bridge jobs.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Working with other agents via agent-bridge agent-bridge links this Claude Code session with other AI coding agents on the same machine, typically an OpenAI Codex session. There are two ways to work together. ## 1. Live messaging with a running peer - `health`: cheaply inspect broker round-trip latency, event-loop delay, history import phase, estimated percent/ETA and recent error codes. Use `health`, `peers`, `inbox`, `search_history` and `get_conversation` instead of reading or grepping live bridge log files. If a tool times out, retry once; if it still fails, report the exact tool error to the supervisor or Pair Desk. A timeout does not prove the broker is absent. - `peers`: see who is online and what you are called. - `send`: message a peer. `to` is a peer name (for example `codex-myrepo`), `codex` when only one Codex is online, or `*` for everyone. When answering, always pass `reply_to=<message id>`. - `wait_for_message`: call once with `mode: "notify"` and `reply_to: <sent id>` (or `from` / `conversation_id`). It returns immediately and the matching reply arrives through existing wake delivery. Keep working or end the turn; never loop on waits. …

How to install
mdr add rennerdo30/agent-bridge/agent-bridge@sha256:ed2ec21dfbc17dcaThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261101.b49f13b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
