nino-serialization SKILL.md skillA
nino-serialization from jasonxudeveloper/nino is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add jasonxudeveloper/nino/nino-serialization@git:20261102.2ad19cfPins git:20261102.2ad19cf in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Write correct, fast C# with Nino v4, the source-generated binary serializer (NuGet Nino, Unity via OpenUPM): [NinoType] types, positional / version-tolerant / keyed formats for saves and messages that outlive a release, polymorphism, zero-allocation buffers and pooling, raw structs and Vector-of-T (NINO029), NinoSettings.Untrusted for data from players or the network, Unity/IL2CPP/Burst/HybridCLR, ASP.NET Core, and TypeScript, Go and Rust codecs from nino-gen. Use this skill whenever code uses…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Writing code with Nino v4 Nino v4 (namespace `Nino.Core`) generates a serializer for every `[NinoType]` at compile time. The bytes carry no schema and no member names, so most mistakes are not compile errors: they are data that cannot be read after the next release, objects that come back as the wrong type, or hostile input that reads without the checks it needed. The decisions below prevent those. Docs: https://nino.xgamedev.net/en/docs/v4 (every page also as Markdown: add `.md`, e.g. `https://nino.xgamedev.net/en/docs/v4/start.md`; index for models: https://nino.xgamedev.net/llms.txt). Read a reference when the task reaches it: | Reference | Read it when | | --- | --- | | [references/types.md](references/types.md) | a member type is unusual (BCL types, collections, `object`, pointers, `Vector<T>`), structs are copied raw, NINO007/NINO029, or data crosses runtimes (Mono, IL2CPP, 32-bit, other languages) | | [references/performance.md](references/performance.md) | zero allocation, per-frame/per-tick messages, buffer reuse, reuse deserialization, `[NinoPooled]`, `[NinoFactory]`, several values in one buffer, build settings | …

How to install
mdr add jasonxudeveloper/nino/nino-serialization@sha256:f37a0b378495cebcThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261102.2ad19cf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
