V3 Memory Unification SKILL.md skillA
V3 Memory Unification from spencermarx/open-code-review is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.

Unify 6+ memory systems into AgentDB with HNSW indexing for 150x-12,500x search improvements. Implements ADR-006 (Unified Memory Service) and ADR-009 (Hybrid Memory Backend).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# V3 Memory Unification
## What This Skill Does
Consolidates disparate memory systems into unified AgentDB backend with HNSW vector search, achieving 150x-12,500x search performance improvements while maintaining backward compatibility.
## Quick Start
```bash
# Initialize memory unification
Task("Memory architecture", "Design AgentDB unification strategy", "v3-memory-specialist")
# AgentDB integration
Task("AgentDB setup", "Configure HNSW indexing and vector search", "v3-memory-specialist")
# Data migration
Task("Memory migration", "Migrate SQLite/Markdown to AgentDB", "v3-memory-specialist")
```

How to install
mdr add spencermarx/open-code-review/V3 Memory Unification@sha256:4853ec2fec84a077The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260304.1a73d7f, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
