Scaffold or review Makefiles following org conventions. Use when creating a new Makefile, auditing an existing one, or adding recipes to a project. Auto-detects project type from the working directory.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Creates or reviews a **rigorous, consistent Makefile** following org conventions.

## Required Structure (all project types)
Every Makefile must have these elements in order:

## Conventions
- **snake_case** for all recipe names
- **`## description`** comment on every public recipe (for help output)
- **`# MARK: SECTION`** to group related recipes
- **`setup_*`** prefix for installation recipes (never bare `install`)
- **`validate`** chains `lint` + `test` (when both exist)

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
