This skill should be used when the user asks to "audit spec coverage", "find uncovered modules", "scan for missing specs", "check wyx coverage", "get spec TODO list", "wyx audit", "wyx", or wants a prioritized list of wyx skill commands for uncovered modules. Scans for coverage gaps, pipeline/sync candidates, and outputs dependency-ordered commands.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Project Audit & Command Planner Scan project for wyx spec coverage and generate a prioritized action plan. This skill does NOT generate specs — it identifies what needs specs and outputs commands to run. Unlike SessionStart (which reports counts), this adds: pattern-based pipeline/sync candidate detection and dependency-ordered command sequences. **Tool constraint**: Prefer Glob, Grep, and Read for all discovery and counting; do NOT use subagents. **Degraded mode** — Claude Code leaves Glob and Grep out by default on macOS, Linux and WSL, so expect this path there; when they are unavailable, fall back to **read-only** shell via Bash for discovery only (`find` / `ls` / `grep -r` to *list and read* files). This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
