Access AlphaFold's 200M+ AI-predicted protein structures. Retrieve structures by UniProt ID, download PDB/mmCIF files, analyze confidence metrics (pLDDT, PAE), for drug discovery and structural biology.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # AlphaFold Database ## Overview AlphaFold DB is a public repository of AI-predicted 3D protein structures for over 200 million proteins, maintained by DeepMind and EMBL-EBI.
