# Incident Handoff
Summarize open incidents and produce a morning handoff report.
## Steps
1. List the open incidents from the pager rotation.
2. Collect owner, severity, and the latest status update for each.
3. Write the handoff report with links to every incident.

Pin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 to freeze the exact bytes forever. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
