Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Maton API Gateway
Managed API routing for third-party apps, provided by [Maton](https://maton.ai).
## Installation
### NPM

npm install -g @maton/cli
```
### Homebrew

brew install maton-ai/cli/maton
```
## Authentication
```bash
maton login
```
Prints a login link. Open it in a browser and copy the verification code shown. Then run `maton login --code <CODE>` to finish signing in. Once complete, it creates a profile in config.toml (eg. $HOME/.config/maton/config.toml) and stores the access and refresh tokens in the operating system's credential store (Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, Secret Service on Linux), auto-renewed on expiry. The CLI reads them when it needs them.

- If `authenticated` is `false`, stop and login again via `maton login`.
- If `auth_type` is `api_key`, it is recommended to login via `maton login` and avoid keeping a long-lived credential.

How to install
