condense is agent-read markdown (skill) from skymanbp/sci-paper: Whole-document condensation. Removes every passage that is unnecessary or already stated elsewhere: claims and numbers repeated across sections, zero-information paragraphs, dead definitions and uncited figures, verbose constructions. Executes SCIPAPER_STANDARD §5.3 (condense, do not accumulate): the default direction of every edit is shorter — delete > compress in place > same-length rewrite, with growth last and only under a recorded justification.
