What the file says
A single reviewer, however careful, has one perspective. Some decisions are worth more than that — not because the reviewer is bad at reviewing, but because different failure modes are visible from different angles, and a security-minded read misses what a maintainability-minded read catches, and neither catches what a real end-user's experience would. This skill does not replace survey (which checks against *this project's own declared rules*) or dredge (which diagnoses a specific known failure). How to install
mdr add partikularwaters/banka/watershed@sha256:cd821dbcd691eb1aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260908.38af0e8, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
