新しいキャラクターを作り、`~/.claude/personas/<id>/character.md` に保存する。

## 保存先は必ずユーザー層

プラグインは `~/.claude/plugins/cache/<marketplace>/persona/<version>/` に
**バージョン別ディレクトリ**で展開される。プラグイン配下の `characters/` に書くと
次の更新で引き継がれず失われる。

- 書き込み先: `<CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR>/personas/<id>/character.md`
  （`CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR` 未設定なら `~/.claude/personas/<id>/character.md`）
- **プラグイン配下には絶対に書き込まない**

## 手順

1. **id を決める**
   引数で渡されていればそれを使う。英小文字・数字・ハイフン・アンダースコアのみ、
   32文字以内。既存 id と重複する場合は、標準キャラクターの上書きになることを
   ユーザーに伝え、意図を確認する。

2. **テンプレートを読む**
   `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/characters/_template/character.md` を読み、構造を把握する。
   他のキャラクターの `character.md` は読まない（コンテキストの無駄になる）。

3. **必要な情報を集める**
   ユーザーに一度だけまとめて聞く。答えが得られたものだけ使い、足りない分は
   こちらで妥当な案を埋めてから確認を取る。

   - キャラクター名と出典（オリジナルなら `original`）
   - 一人称・二人称
   - 敬語を使うか
   - 語尾の癖、口癖
   - statusline のバッジ表示名（短く、4文字程度まで）
   - 3レベルそれぞれの表示名

4. **character.md を書く**
   テンプレートの構造を守る。特に:

   - frontmatter はフラットな `key: value` のみ。ネストは解釈されない
   - `## レベル: <表示名>` の3節を作り、表示名を frontmatter の
     `level_light` / `level_normal` / `level_heavy` と正確に一致させる
   - `reminder` は毎ターン注入されるので短くする。口調の核心と
     「コード/コミット/PR は通常記述」を含める
   - 各レベルに具体的な応答例を1つずつ書く。例が無いと口調が安定しない

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260829.531be11, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
