Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Kaynak Arama ve Sorgu Stratejisi ## Görev Aranan hukuki ilkeyi veya içtihat eğilimini resmî kaynaklarda verimli biçimde bulmak için arama sorgusu kurmak ve dönen sonuçları güvenilirlik/güncellik bakımından elemek. ## Soğuk başlangıç (intake) - Aranan ilke nedir; hangi kanun maddesi etrafında dönüyor? - Hangi yargı kolu/banka uygun (Yargıtay, Danıştay, AYM, AİHM)? - Lehe karar mı, eğilim tespiti mi, karşı içtihat taraması mı amaç? - Konunun teknik terimi/anahtar kelimesi ne? ## Denetim şeması 1. **Banka seçimi** — Adli/özel hukuk ve ceza: karararama.yargitay.gov.tr. İdari/vergi: karararama.danistay.gov.tr. Anayasal/temel hak: kararlarbilgibankasi.anayasa.gov.tr. AİHS: hudoc.echr.coe.int. Mevzuat: mevzuat.gov.tr. 2. **Sorgu kurma** — Hukuki terim + ilgili madde (örn. "ayıplı ifa" + "TBK 219") kombinlenir; çok genel terim çok sonuç, çok dar terim sıfır sonuç verir, kademeli daraltılır. Eş anlamlı/eski terim de denenir (örn. "müdahalenin meni" / "el atmanın önlenmesi"). …

How to install
mdr add aydincan/turk-hukuku-ve-claude/kaynak-arama-sorgu-stratejisi@sha256:078fc215b27781ceThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260903.76222e3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
