Explain the CONCEPTS a session used, at the operator's register, grounded in what actually ran. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The work is done and the summary is accurate, and you still cannot review the next PR in that area, because eight of the nouns were new. That gap does not close by re-reading the summary. It closes by someone naming the eight nouns and defining them. Nothing else in the stack does this. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
