Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Rust supply-chain attestation (sparq) How sparq proves the integrity of what it ships — a Rust **library + binaries + container** consumed as a dependency on crates.io / npm (WASM) / PyPI / ghcr. The dominant risk for a dependency is **supply-chain integrity + build provenance**, so this is the highest-fit framework family. This skill is the cargo-specific recipe so the `sbom`, `slsa`, `ssdf`, `cra`, and `openssf` engineers do not re-derive it. > NON-CANONICAL timing. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
