Enter the Ship phase of CocoBrew. Reads review.md approval, generates structured commit, creates semantic version tag, optionally creates PR via gh CLI, and records deployment details. Requires approved review.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
You are executing the Ship phase (6/6) of CocoBrew. Before proceeding, verify that `.cocoplus/` exists. If not: output "CocoPlus not initialized in this directory. Run `$pod init` to begin." Then stop. Read `.cocoplus/lifecycle/meta.json`. Verify `phases_completed` contains `"review"`. If not: output "The Review phase must be approved before shipping. Run `$review` first." Then stop. Verify that required lifecycle artifact files exist on disk — meta.json alone is not sufficient: - Check `.cocoplus/lifecycle/spec.md` exists. If not: output "spec.md is missing. Run `$spec` to regenerate it before shipping." Then stop. - Check `.cocoplus/lifecycle/plan.md` exists. If not: output "plan.md is missing. Run `$plan` to regenerate it before shipping." Then stop. - Check `.cocoplus/lifecycle/review.md` exists. If not: output "review.md is missing. Run `$review` to regenerate it before shipping." Then stop. Read `.cocoplus/lifecycle/review.md`. Verify `## Approval Status` contains `APPROVED`. If not: output "Review has not been approved. Run `$review` to complete the approval process." Then stop. …

How to install
mdr add snowflake-labs/cocoplus/ship@sha256:485f3e7392bbeb9cThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
