Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 美客多 Full 库存、仓龄与移出决策 ## 任务与输入 - 逐SKU可售、不可售、在途、关联库存关系及分批仓龄。 - 销量序列、断货天数、活动、供应与到仓周期。 - 当前日仓储/仓龄/移出报价、残值、仓容和现金约束。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 按真实库存池去重，区分共享库存的不同刊登，以及在库但不可售的单位。 2. 用可观察需求及断货/促销干扰校正覆盖估算，核实际补货提前期与仓容。 3. 分批测算继续销售、促销、移出和弃置的成本与残值，仓龄费和日仓储分别列出。 4. 给出补货优先级、停止补货日期与处理候选；执行已授权动作后查状态和账单，弃置需有明确处置授权。 ## 交付 交付库存风险队列、补货数量情景及移出/弃置的可审阅方案。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。
