Activity report from total-agent-memory for a project and period. Use when the user types /report or asks "report for today", "what did we do this week", "weekly / monthly summary", "status report", "retro for project X", "all-time report", "report for last week", or a report for a department or the whole company on the team server. Calls the memory_report MCP tool and presents the result.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /report — activity report from memory The report is built by the `memory_report` tool (your client may prefix it, e.g. `mcp__memory__memory_report`). It is deterministic: numbers, decisions, fixes, errors, open next steps, files and a daily timeline come straight from stored records, each with source IDs. If no `memory_report` tool is available, say the memory server is not connected (or is older than this skill) and stop. ## 1. How to install
mdr add vbcherepanov/total-agent-memory/report@sha256:5ad9336222daf860The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260928.fe95daf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
