Autonomous act-then-review convergence loop: iterate /self-review passes, draining every action disposition (Auto-applicable and Agent-resolvable applied, Needs-sign-off applied on the branch) until only irreducible Needs-human-judgment forks remain, then hand off. Local-only: never pushes, never creates a PR. Pass --nested when invoked from a parent skill (such as /execute-task) that owns the handoff.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /polish The autonomous act-then-review loop (REQ-E2.1, D-12): repeat the `/self-review` pass against the feature branch until it drains every action disposition and only irreducible Needs-human-judgment forks remain, then hand off a projection of the audit record and the file holding it in full. Polish is **local-only** per the invariants below: nested `/self-review` passes reuse the base pinned at pre-flight, and the skill owning PR creation carries its checklist to the draft PR. ## Doctrine Resolve the same rule docs as `/self-review`, listed in the manifest below, via `scripts/resolve-rule-doc.sh <doc-name>` through the core root chain. Their definitions govern wherever this skill names a concept. Issue one plain command per Bash call (`doctrine/plugin-script-invocation.md`). If a rule doc does not resolve, halt with a clear message naming the missing doc and the chain consulted. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
