# Project Instructions
- Read PROJECT.md before durable work; preserve Project ID and Folder ID.
- Current facts belong in PROJECT.md. Decisions/events/plans/commercial documents are queried by kind and ID in DOCUMENTS.csv.
- Use receive-owned operations to resolve, register and move documents; never compose document folders.
- Read PROJECT.md's Agreement section before scope commitments when it exists; findings remain advisory.
- TASKS.csv, TIME.csv and INVOICES.csv retain their corresponding owners.
- Do not infer billability, acceptance, payment or completion from activity. Preserve exact prior authorization.
Pin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 to freeze the exact bytes forever. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
