Review PL self-approvals, estimates, board drift, and close quality after a declared night shift. Loaded ONLY by the cos core via its routing table; NEVER auto-load from context or invoke directly.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# COS — batch review Apply the COS core's finite development budget and affected-test scope. Estimate setup, execution, and reporting from available prior runtimes; do not add estimation machinery or preflight. Full suites and new security checks need the owner's specific approval, never COS approval. Missing auxiliary records do not stop functional work. Before running these commands, set `PL_SKILL_DIR` to the absolute directory of the installed `pl` skill, in the same Bash call. Loaded when the owner returns from a declared night shift, or after a batch of closes lands. **Exclusive authority of this overlay:** issuing the doubt list that reaches the owner. Nothing else in the COS tree may put a "this may be wrong" item in front of them. This is **one batch pass, never per-decision interrupts**, run when the owner returns from a declared night shift. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
