Posts content and articles to X (Twitter). Supports regular posts with images/videos and X Articles (long-form Markdown). In Codex, honor explicit requests for the Codex Chrome plugin/@chrome by using the Chrome Extension workflow; otherwise use Chrome Computer Use when available and fall back to real Chrome CDP scripts only when allowed. Use when user asks to "post to X", "tweet", "publish to Twitter", or "share on X".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Post to X (Twitter)
Posts text, images, videos, and long-form articles to X via a real Chrome browser.
In Codex, three distinct browser paths — do not conflate them:
- **Codex Chrome plugin / `@chrome` / Chrome Extension**: the bundled `chrome:Chrome` skill and its Node REPL browser client. Required whenever the user says "Codex Chrome plugin", "Codex 自带的 Chrome 插件", `@chrome`, or similar.
- **Chrome Computer Use**: `mcp__computer_use__.*` against the visible Google Chrome UI.
- **CDP script mode**: the bundled scripts; fallback only.
## Script Directory
`{baseDir}` = this SKILL.md's directory; scripts are at `{baseDir}/scripts/<script-name>.ts`. Resolve `${BUN_X}`: `bun` if installed → else `npx -y bun` → else suggest installing bun.

How to install
mdr add jimliu/baoyu-skills/baoyu-post-to-x@sha256:e3854754a77fcea6The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.58.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
