Entry point for Neo computer-use work in this checkout. Route browser, website, research, code-review and MCP-setup tasks to the matching Neo skill after checking actual capabilities, and explain Neo skill/MCP availability without claiming connections.

How to install
mdr add dmae97/omk/omk-neo@sha256:19dc53148b51dee6The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260922.fe38dd5, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
