# Jev Social > Open-source, local social research in which TypeSafe Jev chooses bounded operations and the socai CLI executes them in the user's real Chrome session. In auto mode, Jev first selects the platform. It then repeatedly chooses one concrete operation from a typed list assembled by the application. socai performs the selected browser operation and returns captured evidence before Jev chooses again. The choice set contains only operations supported by the installed socai CLI and targets observed in prior results or explicitly supplied by the user. Jev does not generate shell commands or arbitrary browser selectors. Low-confidence, malformed, invented, and previously attempted operations do not execute. ## Output - streamed cards for captured profiles, posts, comments, and media - an operation history with decision confidence and elapsed time - a Markdown evidence report with source links and explicit gaps …
