It is register-general — the reader may be an opponent's solicitor, a regulator, a board, a client, a counterparty, or the reader of an essay. It runs as an **orchestrated, multi-agent pass**: the Lead Strategist decomposes the task, hardens and confirms the frame, runs **legal intelligence (Stage 0)** where any load-bearing point turns on law, dispatches the intelligence roster, reconciles, builds the **funnel**, and self-audits the prose against Porter's doctrines (plus a release-blocking citation gate) before release.
