Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# 논문 교정교열 (Paper Proofreading & Editing) ## 핵심 메커니즘: 청크 단위 순차 점검 이 스킬의 작동 원리는 **문서를 청크(chunk)[^chunk]로 쪼개어 한 조각씩 정밀 점검**하는 것이다. 전체 문서를 한 번에 처리하면 세밀한 오류를 놓치기 쉽고, 긴 문서는 컨텍스트 한계에 걸린다. 따라서 아래 순서를 반드시 따른다: ``` 문서 읽기 → 청크 분할 → [청크 N 점검 → 수정사항 기록] × 반복 → 전체 통합 → 출력 ``` --- ## Phase 1: 문서 읽기 & 준비 ### 1-1. 파일 읽기 입력 파일의 위치를 확인한다. 실행 환경에 따라 다르다: - **Claude Code (로컬)**: 사용자가 지정한 파일 경로. 경로가 없으면 현재 작업 디렉터리에서 원고로 보이는 파일을 찾아 사용자에게 확인한다. - **claude.ai (웹/Cowork)**: 업로드 디렉터리 `/mnt/user-data/uploads/`. 텍스트를 추출하기 전에 원고별·실행별 작업 폴더를 만든다: - 로컬: `proofread_work/<원고명>/<실행 ID>/`. claude.ai: `/home/claude/proofread_work/<원고명>/<실행 ID>/`. - 원고명은 입력 파일의 확장자를 뺀 이름을 폴더명으로 쓸 수 있게 정리한다. 실행 ID는 UUID 또는 시각과 임의 식별자의 조합으로 만들고, 이미 있는 폴더와 겹치면 새 ID를 쓴다. 같은 원고를 다시 교정할 때도 새 폴더를 만든다. - 아래 명령에서 `SOURCE`는 입력 원본의 절대 경로, `WORK`는 이번 작업 폴더의 절대 경로다. 추출본(`original.md`), 변환 중간 파일, 청크별 기록, 교정교열표, 수정 원고, 요약 리포트를 모두 `WORK`에 보관한다. 원본은 덮어쓰지 않는다. - `WORK/작업정보.md`에 원본 경로·SHA-256, 실행 ID, 적용 설정을 기록하고 첫 진행 보고에서 작업 폴더를 알린다. - 사용자가 **기존 작업의 재개를 요청한 경우에만** 해당 폴더를 이어 쓴다. 기록된 원본 해시와 설정이 일치하는지 확인하고 완료된 기록부터 이어 간다. 다르거나 확인할 수 없으면 새 폴더에서 시작한다. 재개 시에도 기존 추출본과 결과 파일을 덮어쓰지 않고, 새 결과에는 별도 이름을 붙인다. …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
