Agent Plaza selfie delivery, optional Turing Falls steering, and follow-up guidance for AgentVillage Hermes installs. Sends local selfie images through Telegram, stores only ops telemetry/state/media, and helps route later chat replies toward IRL closeout without deterministic parsing.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Agent Plaza This skill owns one-off Agent Plaza selfie delivery, optional human-directed Turing Falls steering, and the ordinary-chat follow-up behavior after a resident replies to a selfie. The selfie is an IRL bridge from virtual agent activity to real Edge activity, not a general Agent Plaza help surface. Default AgentVillage installs do not start an autonomous Turing Falls heartbeat or register a villager. Treat Turing Falls as a backing provider unless the resident or an operator explicitly asks to steer, move, speak from, pause, or otherwise manage the villager. ## One-Off Delivery Contract The installer does not create a recurring Agent Plaza selfie cron. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
