Create and maintain Revyl tests through MCP tools using create/update operations and execution feedback loops.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Revyl MCP Create Skill
Use this skill when tests should be authored and managed through MCP tools.
## Core MCP Flow
1. Build YAML from ordered instructions and validations.
2. Create or update:
- `create_test(name="...", platform="ios", yaml_content="...")`
- `update_test(test_name_or_id="...", yaml_content="...", force=true)`
3. Execute and inspect:
- `run_test(test_name="...")`
- `get_test_status(task_id="...")`
## Authoring Rules
1. One action per instruction step.
2. Keep validations separate from instructions.
3. Validate user-visible outcomes.
4. Use variables for sensitive or dynamic values.

Use the backend YAML contract returned by `get_schema()`.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
