Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Tailoring One job ad in, a tailored CV and cover letter out, built only from `profile/experience.md`. ## Before starting The onboarding Quick start must be complete (`profile/onboarding.md`); if not, use the onboarding skill first. Read `profile/experience.md`, `profile/targeting.md`, `profile/voice.md` (if it exists) and `guide/format.md`. ## Flow 1. **Get the ad.** Pasted text, a link, or a file (PDF, screenshot). Fetch links; Claude Code asks the user to allow each fetch, on purpose, because this folder holds their personal data. If the page needs a login or comes back empty, ask the user to paste the text. Save the ad verbatim to `applications/ads/<Company>.md` with the date and link: ads vanish, and the user will want it again before the interview. 2. **Fit check**, per [references/fit-check.md](references/fit-check.md). Show the verdict and ask whether to go ahead. Never write for a weak fit or a dealbreaker without a clear yes. 3. **Company research** for the letter's opening: one or two pages of the company's own site. Find something specific and true.
